What we collect
When you contact Balaawi Systems through this website, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, company, contact details, and a description of your operational needs, solely to respond to your inquiry and assess fit for our services.
Client data
Clients own their business data, uploaded documents, and confidential information. Data processed through Balaawi One implementations is governed by the applicable service agreement, with role-based access, tenant isolation, and managed hosting controls.
Website requests and attribution
Demo, contact, purchase, partnership, careers, support, and update-preference forms store the details you submit, the page that received the request, and bounded campaign/referrer fields. A session-only first-touch value may be kept in your browser; it contains no form identity fields and is cleared with the browser session.
Optional measurement providers
With your separate choices, Balaawi may load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for usage analytics, and approved Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn tags for advertising measurement. Google advertising personalization remains disabled under this measurement-only choice. These providers remain off until the corresponding choice is granted and a real provider connection is configured. Passwords, payment details, tokens, private form contents, account pages, checkout, and internal or tenant applications are excluded. You can change or withdraw either choice at any time through Privacy choices.
Use, retention, and choices
We use request information to review, respond, prevent duplicate submissions, maintain a relationship record, and follow up where you asked us to. Update preferences are recorded only with an explicit checkbox and can be withdrawn with the request reference at /preferences. Email info@balaawi.com to correct your details, object to follow-up, or ask us to remove a marketing record where we are able and permitted to do so.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client data to train public AI models without a clear, accurate agreement.
