Stages are adapted to the approved scope, but the discipline stays the same.

    Qualification

    We understand the company, the main decision-maker, the urgency, the current software, and the main operational problem, before anything is proposed.

  2. 02

    Discovery

    We map departments, users, roles, workflows, approvals, records, documents, dashboards, reports, data, integrations, and success criteria.

  3. 03

    Solution Design

    We select the solution family, modules, workflows, integrations, hosting, and support model that fit the discovered operation.

  4. 04

    Proposal & Scope

    Deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, responsibilities, licence terms, pricing, and an indicative timeline, fixed in writing before work begins.

  5. 05

    Configuration & Development

    Environment, branding, users, roles, permissions, terminology, workflows, modules, dashboards, reports, data, and approved custom work.

  6. 06

    Internal Testing

    Workflows, permissions, calculations, imports, exports, failure cases, bilingual and right-to-left behavior, and security-sensitive actions.

  7. 07

    User Acceptance

    The client tests agreed scenarios and returns one consolidated issue list through a single authorized representative.

  8. 08

    Training

    Administrator and key-user training in planned sessions, with agreed guidance material for the team.

  9. 09

    Launch

    Production deployment, final data, user activation, backup verification, launch approval, and initial monitoring.

  10. 10

    Stabilization

    A defined period after launch where verified bugs and agreed in-scope refinements are corrected.

  11. 11

    Ongoing Service

    Support, maintenance, hosting, monitoring, updates, approved refinements, new modules, integrations, and expansion planning.

Discovery before price

No final price in the first conversation. A range if useful, then discovery, then a formal proposal.
